You already know that Inca Lifts are top-of-the-line and that our team of professionals will do what is necessary to ensure our service exceeds your expectations. However, there are some details about our lifts you may not know.
Required Power
A key factor in your choice of lift is the power supply. Here are the power specifications for our lifts.
- QJZ 5.0T MCL – 32amp 3 Phase 440V power is required to operate the system. If you are looking for a solid lift that can benefit your shop, the Inca QJZ 5.0 Mechanical Column Lift is a fantastic choice. It excels when lifting heavy vehicles and equipment for servicing. If you operate a heavy vehicle mechanical workshop, mining workshop, or transport and bus shop, the QJZ 5.0T MCL is an essential piece of equipment.
- KP55 and KP75 – You will need a 230v standard power outlet to charge the system. Additionally, each post uses 2 deep cycle batteries in series (24v) to power the operation of the post. The KP75 has a 30t lifting capacity on 4 columns up to 45t on 6 columns, and the KP55 can lift 22t on 4 columns up to 33t on 6 columns. Both feature wireless engineering and have exceptional lift capacities.
How the Systems Raise and Lower Assets
The QJZ 5.0T Mechanical Column Lift – This lift system is a mechanical cabled solution that joins uncomplicated design features with sturdy components. The QJZ 5.0 T MCL requires a 32amp 3 Phase 440V power source to operate. The mechanism uses a high-tensile screw and nut lifting system, which is sometimes called a worm drive. The lift motor turns the screw which causes the drive nut to move the carriage up or down the screw to raise or lower an asset. To ensure maximum safety for the operator, the asset, and the lift machine, the drive nut is supported by a limit switch and safety nut.
The Wireless Hydraulic KP55 and KP75 – The lift systems combine hydraulics and high-tech wireless communication to create an efficient and unified operation. The wireless communication capability means instantaneous responses to commands. The combination of these elements significantly improves safety. The smart self-levelling interface maintains the stability of the lift. Additionally, the lifts have numerous backup safety features and functions. Both the KP55 and KP75 lifts utilise a 24v system to pump hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic cylinder to raise the carriage. The same system allows the hydraulic fluid to release from the hydraulic ram to lower the carriage.
Accessories – There are several accessories that are available to help make the Inca Lift systems even more useful. We carry axle stands, power train lifts, small wheel adaptors and more. You can also get canvas covers that are designed to fit your lifts and keep them clean and ready to use.
